Saint Paul Christian University and its colleges, admit students of any race, nationality, color, sex, age, or handicap in its educational programs, activities, and employment as required by the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Amendments including Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972.

The university complies with the Privacy Act for Students, 20 U.S.C. 1232(g) and regulations adopted and pursuant thereto.

Saint Paul Christian University, Inc. conforms to Indiana Code of 1971 Sections 20-1-19-1 through 20-1-19-24. Article 1, Sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana, as well as the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, as a private Bible College exempt from State Private School Accreditation.
